Description

These lollipop pink tulips have bright yellow stamens and classic sloping stems. Don’t forget to watch them closely: cut tulips will continue to grow up to an inch every day! Glass vase included.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Terrible, ordered delivery two days before valentines and they still haven’t been delivered.

At this day my flowers have not arrived, nor i got a reimbursement. Its the first time i used Floom and i would never recommend it.

I'm sorry your flowers were late and you weren't happy with them when they arrived. I can see we refunded your delivery fee due to the delay but can't see where you've contacted us regarding the differences. Could you please send over some photos of what you received so we can check this out?

the flowers that i ordered doesn't look like to photo in the website!!!!!! and it impressed me with my friend the flowers look different and it didn’t came with a faze !! this is the last time i’ll order from your website

Love the concept and platform, but my recent premium order experience (upping the cost for the highest tier of most flowers, and freshest), went very poorly. I spent over $200 for a birthday bouquet that showed up looking like a small, $50 bouquet. Extremely unhappy with what felt like a huge waste of money. Flowers also appeared wilted and/or worn, like they'd been in the delivery truck all day.

The flowers my friend received had 1/3 the amount of flowers shown in the photo when I purchased them. I paid for the deluxe and it looked worse than a bouquet of old flowers I could have gotten from Safeway. I emailed with a photo to your support team and got no response. I called your number twice over the next couple of days and finally got an answer. They told me they would get back to me about a refund within 24 hours and now it’s almost a full week later and zero response. So after an email, a voicemail, and a phone conversation, I have not gotten any sufficient support from your team. I’m really disappointed with this entire experience.

I can see that you have contacted the Customer Services Team, in which a resolution of a refund has been provided. I can confirm this refund has been processed. My order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be, for a viewing. I asked what went wrong, and they said they would look into it. I followed up and was told it was delivered at 11:30 the next day. No apology or explanation, but I thought at least it’s there for the funeral. Come to find out from the family, they never saw the flowers. I have no idea if they actually made it. And still nobody from the company apologized or explained why it was a day late. I’ve used the service before and had a better experience but this was kind of weird and a bummer.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the florist couldn't fulfil your order. As a result, your order was cancelled and a full refund was processed on Friday 11th Feb. I know this is not ideal. However, you will receive this refund in the next 5-7 working days time. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.
