Description

x20 stems of white parrote tulips!

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

The bouquet my friend received was not like the image, and I paid for same-day delivery and did not receive it.

My order was late and I sent the flowers because a friend is grieving a death. Customer service did not help me. Flowers were beautiful and will continue to purchase but directly from florist.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers in April (so several weeks ahead of time) to be delivered on actual Mothers' Day. They arrived to my mom at 7:45pm, and they forgot to print out/include the note I had written for my mom. The flowers were pretty and looked close enough to the photo, but between the extremely late delivery time and the forgotten note, I felt the service was lacking. I paid over $200 for the flowers plus delivery, and I feel like for that price, my expectations were not met.

I had to buy a birthday bouquet and honestly I left it till last minute. I am based in London and the delivery address was in New York. I usually use Flowerbx but they did not offer next day flowers for my occasion. A quick search in google led me to Floom and there was ALOT to choose from. I liked how the interface allowed you to mark your needed delivery date and a list of suppliers with their possible options were listed. The sub section of categorising the in seasons, occasions, popular blooms were also very helpful. The photos were super clear and I felt the site was really easy to navigate. I usually make quick decisions but because there was so many great options, it took me a good 30 mins to decide. I finally went with a floral arrangement which was higher than my initial intended budget but it looked amazing. On the day of the delivery, the gift was not delivered until the late afternoon. Which was fine as they did advise the delivery window was 10am~6pm. I just wanted to check if the order would make it and sent an email to follow up. Floom team came back within minutes which made me super impressed. They reassured me of the status and to get back to them if the bouquet did not arrive by 6pm. My friend recieved the bouquet in the late afternoon and sent me a photo. She liked the bouquet but I was slighty suprised how the actual bouquet looked different from the initial photo. It was a nice bouquet but not WOWZer. Especially for the price I paid. I would still give 4 stars as the service was efficient, easy and the end product was acceptable. Floom is a great website and I will use it again. I would be inclined to use a different florist on Floom though. Thanks Floom!

These pictures speak volumes. I did not receive what I ordered. Instead I got a random mix of flowers without a passing resemblance to the design I ordered. If I were at a restaurant and received fish instead of chicken, I'd expect a new dish. Instead, I was offered a 20% discount on an almost $200 bouquet and told to wait for more answers. I wish I had taken my business elsewhere. Considering how quickly I was expected to respond to company questions, I'm surprised at the current pace of resolving this issue.

My experience was absolutely terrible. Avoid using this rubbish service at all cost. My order was stuck at "on its way" which never arrived.
