Description

Standard - Your order will be arranged approximately as shown on our website.

Your plant's pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain water easily.

If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould or bacteria

Do not over water your plant as the roots will rot.

Most plants need to be kept by a good source of natural light.

Fertiliser

You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purpose fertiliser.

Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also be removed.

Flowers were delivered and left outside on the street, where they were subsequently taken because we were not notified. I had to argue back and forth with customer service, submit a credit card dispute and threaten legal action in order to get a refund. Absolutely terrible service, I would never use this company again.

Flowers not delivered. Customer service is a joke. Had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund since the company was giving me the runaround.

Flowers were just like the photo. Next-day delivery was great. Live chat on website was polite and patient and helpful. Make sure if you want a vase, that you don’t order the ones with photo of flowers wrapped in paper! I like that local florists are used to fill orders.
