Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
The ordering process was fairly easy. Unfortunately, the flowers were not at the same level as the ones that I ordered. It looks like it was rushed and they just threw some roses together with a bunch of lilies and the green was a lot less than what was in the picture. Definitely not the premium flowers I was expecting.

When you pay almost $100 for flowers to be delivered on a particular day and they say they will be but they aren't, that is unacceptable! I will most likely dispute the charge!

Ordered at 7:30 AM for same-day delivery. Delivered between 6 and 6:15 PM. Plant delivered was not the same as advertized.
The bouquet is gorgeous, fresh and bountiful- all of the things I look for with delivery services. The only problem is that I paid for a same day delivery and they were not delivered until the next day and I was given no updates or explanation.
