Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Flowers not delivered and no notification of it during the day.

I am furious. I specifically noted to call the number before leaving the arrangement in the lobby of the apartment building and apparently the flowers were taken by someone else, not the intended recipient (I learned this yesterday). So $170 shot and my Aunt received nothing on her 81 birthday.

Hello! Delivery was not carried out. They said there was no one at home. But there were flowers waiting at home that day and there was no courier. They asked for confirmation of delivery - they did not provide it. They refuse to return the money

Looking into the delivery track of your order, we could see that our partner florist could not reach the recipient to the delivery address provided and we kindly got in touch with you to ask your approval for re-delivery. Unfortunately, as the order failed on delivery, we could not offer a refund for this as the flowers were made for you.
