Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
My flowers were not delivered on the scheduled date (2/25/23) and are still not delivered

This company sucks. Didn't get the flowers I ordered and didn't get a resolution after multiple attempts at contacting customer support. No one should use this stupid company.
