On February 13, I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers and the delivery was to be made on February 14. On the 15th, your company canceled this order and immediately sent the shipping fee to my bank account, while also sending me a notification email with the message: "I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived and we've been unable to reach the florist for a delivery update. I've now canceled and refunded your order so please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to land in your account." but after February 15, Today is March 2 and I still haven't received any money back in my bank account.

Beautiful flower arrangements to choose from but when your order doesn't arrive for a grieving family, and there is no notification that it wasn't sent, no detail online and a required exchange with customer care, not ideal and won't be using this service again.

Second time to use Floom. Very, very happy with the floral arrangements sent. Appreciate the pictures showing the actual flowers upon delivery. Great on-time customer service.

Floom seemed slightly more expensive than some other shops in the area but I was happy that I spent a little more: the flowers were beautiful and the arrangements were unique. The icing on the cake was that the delivery person took a picture of the recipient with the flowers and texted the pics to me, which warmed my heart. And, the flowers that were delivered looked like the picture on the website (this should be a given, but sadly, at other places, that is not always true).

Floom is so easy to use! I love that they have a variety of vendors. This makes it easy to find an arrangement that fits my budget and timeframe. I have used Floom multiple times already.
