Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
I’m upset, the delivery date was missed without any notice
Payed 100$ for very little terrible looking flowers that weren’t delivered on time.
Overall experience was great checking out and easy to choose delivery date & time
Delivery status wasn’t updated and hard to track. Flowers turned out to be beautiful.
I ordered a package to arrive Friday the 13th between 10am-6pm to the Hotel I was staying at as I am from Australia and due to the company putting the wrong label/card (containing name, date, message) on the package there was a lot of confusion. These 2 gift boxes were meant for a very important meeting but they were delivered with the incorrect details so I wasn't able to get them. I purchased two Lavender Bergamot Hom's from my Blooming Business. These were meant to be gifts for very high up stylists and diredctors from L.A. and London - very disappointing. I flew back to Australia on the 15th of June, Sunday. When I contacted FLOOM twice they never responded with helpful information only the third time I emailed in which was when I was back in Australia. Very unreliable and don't reccommend this service.
excellent service and beautiful arrangement that was as lovely as in the picture.
realy useful platform, only downside is the site is occasionally glitchy.

Our Jubilee arrangment is in a 5x6 clear cylinder vase filled with Premium Orange and Peach seasonal flowers. Pictured arrangement - Ranunculus, Peonies, Tulips, Roses, Hydrangeas, Dahlias. Substitutions may occur when a certain bloom is out of season and replaced with another premium of the same value.
