I had a great experience with Noble Garden Florist. They made the whole ordering process very easy and efficient. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. My rose was fresh and carefully delivered. Highly recommend!

They have a beautiful selection of flowers. The ones we ordered looked like the picture on the website and the florist was kind enough to send me a photo of them before they were delivered. The only issue I had was the delivery person did not deliver the flowers to my friend. She was in a hotel room. I put the room number on the order, as well as a number to call to ensure they made it to her that day. It doesn't appear these instructions were followed because the flowers were left at the front desk of the hotel until the following day. I only found out because I was told my friend hadn't received the flowers. I had to call the front desk of the hotel and they said the flowers were just sitting on the desk. Thankfully, they still looked beautiful and the hotel made sure my friend received them. But, it was a day late and I paid for same day delivery so she could have them before her event that day. Other than the delivery, everything else was perfect!

Flowers were delivered and left outside on the street, where they were subsequently taken because we were not notified. I had to argue back and forth with customer service, submit a credit card dispute and threaten legal action in order to get a refund. Absolutely terrible service, I would never use this company again.

Flowers not delivered. Customer service is a joke. Had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund since the company was giving me the runaround.
