I needed a last minute delivery of flowers the next day, a Sunday. I did not expect to find options but Floom was a hit. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. I highly recommend Floom!

The flowers are not only very small but look absolutely nothing like the photo - not the same flowers or colours and some were already wilted - not at all satisfied considering the price.

This was my first experience with Floom and it was a good one! Online ordering was straight forward, flowers were delivered on time, the delivery person was very friendly, and the flowers are fresh and beautiful!

Awful. No communication, late delivery, ineffective customer service

Overall, very pleased with Floom! I ordered same-day delivery and the flowers came and were in great shape. They even followed the delivery instructions to a tee, which was great! The only negative was the flowers were delivered around 7pm, when the delivery window was supposed to be 10-6p, but that was only a slight inconvenience.
