It seemed that the colour of the selected flowers did not fully match what I've seen in the picture...

I bought a bright bouquet from Floom and had it sent to my Mom during the holidays. She loved it and said it had tons of bright colors which she appreciated as she lives in Chicago where it can be grey for days. They also delivered on Christmas Eve which I appreciated. :-)

Great selection of bouquets, mostly from local flower shops. Well-designed site, though search based on delivery date doesn't always display accurately. Overall excellent.

They no showed my mother's day delivery, but claimed it was delivered until I complained.

I can't recommend this service. After paying over a hundred dollars plus expedite fee my flowers never arrived yet they are marked delivered. Good luck getting in touch with a person to get assistance with your order as well. There is no phone number (or at least i don't see one) to at least speak to someone about the undelivered flowers. I will just contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Highly frustrating to say the least. I'll stick with other florist. I have had various issues with them too but at least they have a number I can call.

Beautiful flowers. I didn’t understand why I was changed an additional charge after the final amount on my receipt of purchase. I think I should have received an adjusted receipt.

Overall great flowers from the local Chicago area. Delivery was on time and considerate of placement of flowers due to weather. Will visit Floom for my next occasion!

My overall experience with Floom has been poor. From the start, I did not receive a confirmation email of my purchase until the next day and there were no updates or tracking for delivery. The flowers were delivered outside of the delivery window, and only after I contacted customer support. I didn't even receive confirmation that they were delivered from Floom until many hours later. The bouquet itself was subpar for the cost of the purchase. Several flowers came with broken stems or wilting/browning blooms. I would not buy from Floom again and will not recommend this service to anyone looking for high-quality flowers.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered next day and paid extra for next day shipping but my order was delivered 2 days later. It was supposed to be delivered in time for the recipient’s party. I didn’t even receive an email that the delivery was going to be delayed.

No communication about the order's delivery on the day of the delivery. Flowers were delivered way after reasonable hours to deliver flowers. I asked to deliver flowers after 3 pm and they delivered in 8-9pm timeframe.

Easy to select the flower arrangement I wanted for "just because" flowers - the delivery was on time and the flowers were well received. I'm grateful for an easy way to connect me with my friends that are far away - thank you, Floom!

I placed an order for same-day delivery and it was delivered in under 3 hours! I was so impressed with the efficiency and quality of the bouquet.

Ordered the cosmo flowers because they were white or a pale blush and received bright hot pink instead. The bundle looks a little bare too.

I bought the flowers for my good friend’s graduation and she absolutely adored them. She said they were feminine, had a great colour palate, and were slightly wild looking, which suited her well.

No name was left with the bouquet and the receiver had to confirm with several friends to figure out who it was from! Very disappointed at the service..

The flowers that arrived were completely different than what i ordered- I ordered the PowerPuff and received the image shown. Unfortunately I will not be recommending your services to a friend.

Bouquet I selected was all peonies. Saw the bouquet delivered and it was all roses. Would not have chosen this bouquet if I knew it was going to be roses.

The flowers were delivered 4 hours past the delivery window provided. They were dried up and wilted and there was a price tag attached. I contacted Floom and they refused to assist since it was more than 48 hours after delivery. I guess it's ok for them to miss their own deadline, but there is no understanding for the customer. I will dispute this with my credit card company as you did not hold up your end of the "contract". I will not use this service again and would discourage anyone who is considering using Floom.

I ordered same-day delivery around 12 PM and they arrived about 3 hours later. They looked great!

The flowers were not delivered as depicted in the picture. They were not full and terribly placed. Cannot believe that I paid over $70 for what was delivered.

I love that the flowers that were delivered looked like the flowers on display on the website. Many times I've been disappointed when I've purchased flowers elsewhere, they look nothing like the flowers I chose. I also appreciate the fee being relatively low even when I needed flowers delivered the next day. I only wish I was emailed when the flowers were delivered as promised but thankfully, I was told by the recepient's relative.

Floom does a wonderful job making it easy to order quality flowers. I've used them several times and they do wonderful work and their delivery is always prompt.

I am very pleased with my experience with Floom! I needed to extend the delivery date of my flowers by one week. I was able to speak with an actual human person when I called for assistance. The individual I worked with was able to help me with my issue and she was in contact with me almost immediately to let me know that my request to change dates had been processed. SO happy with the service, I hope my friend loves her flowers!
