We've partnered with our friends over at Blixen to bring you this herbal twist on the classic G&T.
50ml (2 Shots) Gin
Bunch of garden herbs. (We used mint & lemon thyme)
Add the herbs to a large goblet, pour in the gin, and press the herbs with the back of a spoon against the inside of the glass. This will release their aroma. Add ice and the tonic water, a squeeze of lemon, and you're good to go. Watch the video below!
