I ordered flowers for a friend before 1pm for next day delivery. The next day after 5pm they call the recipient but she has already left work. Delivered following day around 1-2pm. Toooooo late! She had one half day to enjoy at work. For this price I expected better service.

I ordered this as a gift to be delivered on a specific day. Either I didn't understand the website confirmation or it was delivered several days late.

The flowers arrived and looked as beautiful if not more beautiful than the picture online (and smelled great too)!

Poor communication - No updates when the flowers went out from the florist - No customer service during the delivery time to find out where the delivery is at - Update notification email on actual delivery time received at 11 pm when flowers were due by 6 pm. - Paid premium price for same day delivery and flowers showed up multiple hours later than the time range provided.

Great service which could accommodate my change in delivery details without any fuss. The beautiful flowers met my expectations. Thank you.

Couldn’t order using desktop chrome or safari so I had to do it on my mobile phone. I didn’t get notified that the flowers were delivered until the day after recipient received the flowers.
