The flowers were lovely when they were delivered however the delivery status was not updated in the system so we ended up messaging back and forwards with Floom who were trying to contact the actual florist. All very dis…appointing and unnecessarily stressful sadly. I’m not sure I’d use them again I’m afraid.

I ordered a bouquet delivery for my girlfriend’s birthday on the online store and the bouquet doesn’t look like the one ordered and the description doesn’t match. The saddest part is that I couldn’t fix it because it was… delivered directly to her address. I’m not even talking that it was a day later than scheduled. The dissatisfaction is over beyond. The support agreed to refund me 50% and on my explanation why it’s not working for me they don’t respond anymore.

Our florist partner and our… team agreed to refund 50% of the price paid to make up for the size disparity. Absolutely Gorgeous!!! Very fresh and they were so fragrant, so impressed!!!
Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Send an English garden someone's way with this gorgeous arrangement. This is a beautiful bunch of cream-colored and lavender roses for a bouquet that's both traditional and unexpected. Two dozen white and lavender roses.
Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
