I purchased a bouquet to send to my daughter for her birthday. They arrived on time, and were absolutely gorgeous! She was thrilled with them and said they were so fragrant that the aroma filled her entire apartment. I will definitely shop with Floom again.

Anniversary roses were stunning, as was the mixed wildflower which really made the bouquet stand out. The florist delivered and talked me through the arrangement also. Excellent experience.

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day that weren’t even sent out for delivery until February 15. Then they were marked “delivered,” but I couldn’t find them anywhere. When I wrote to help center, they didn’t offer a refund or any real support. Instead gave me 20% off my next order, for a service I have no intention of using again given this experience.

Really bad experience for a long-time customer. Order was delivered a day late with no notice. I had no way to contact the florist, and the arrangement itself already appears to be dying after less than a day. Very unfortunate.

Really disappointing service. Delivery never happened, had to wait two days to get a response back on when the flowers could be delivered.

Paid extra for Valentine’s Day delivery, got a confirmation email that it got delivered on Valentine’s Day, but it showed up two days later. Unbelievable. Do not shop here.

The flowers never arrived. I never got a notification about why they didn't arrive. I reached out the next day and was told it was a failed delivery but there's no reason that that would happen because the building it was delivered to has a doorman.

So convenient! Easy to buy. Beautiful bouquet! Excellent quality flowers and gorgeous arrangement.

It was nothing like they showed on the picture paid $100 for some flowers that I could’ve bought it from the corner on the picture it showed in a nice white box, it came on a shopping bag that looked from the 99c store, calling to at least get a 50% return back, they were for my moms birthday my dad wanted to give her something nice and it was so ugly when we got home.

Sent flowers to my friend in the US from the UK. Delivery was successful despite a delay on the friends side in arriving in their new home! Chuffed. Thanks team

The flowers are very beautiful but the delivery was late which was disappointing as I had planned for them to arrive at a specific time and date.

The flowers I received were a much cheaper type than what was advertised. I wouldn't have even realized unless I asked my wife. I complained and received a refund and they claimed they made a substitution last minute, but I highly doubt I would have but it seems pretty clear that they were attempting to rip me off.

I am very pleased with Floom. The flowers are beautiful and make my entire apartment smell wonderful. The website is easy to use and delivery was on time.

Beautiful flowers but not a lot of longevity with some of the flowers in the bouquets.

I was sending flowers to a friend in a different state, Floom made it so easy. The delivery followed my instructions provided, and they arrived exactly when they said they would.

The flowers that I sent my friend for her birthday were beautiful! Directions were followed perfectly, and the hand-written note was a really nice touch (rather than just printing it out like most companies do).

Order a bouquet for Valentine's day delivery about a week in advance and it never arrived. When I called in they said it would be delivered the following day. I received a "delivered" notification but it never showed up. Item was refunded but Valentine's day wasn't saved.

Easy to order, but the status bar on the site was not accurate or helpful. Also, I waited on hold to no answer for a long time. The flowers came late, BUT they were a beautiful arrangement. Part of the blame is on me for ordering "last minute", but I figured 3.5 hours would be sufficient to deliver flowers within the same neighborhood. Still, overall satisfied.

One of the worst experiences ordering flowers. The flowers were not fresh at all, and by the following day were wilted and drooped over. I will never order flowers from you again.
