Flowers were beautiful and my Mum really appreaciated them

Quick response to my online request, and efficient local delivery. The bouquet was not as advertised on the website - the tulips were coloured rather than the more exotic white special variety.

I ordered on the morning of Valentine's day and was notified the flowers would be delivered by 6pm. At 7:10pm I was notified that they were unable to deliver my order and would be refunded. I went to my valentine's date empty handed.

The flower arrangement was poor quality and it was nothing like the images. I paid £94 and it looked like a supermarket bouquet.

I ordered the flowers from California for delivery in Northern England. It’s for my mother’s 90th birthday…. So very important!! My Mother received the flowers on time and loved them. Excellent performance Floom. Thanks
