Lovely flowers were perfect for a big occasion I sadly had to miss.
Still waiting to get the flowers. It's been 4 days since the date they were scheduled to be delivered. Seems the name on the delivery got mixed up with another name or delivery they had so the front desk refused the delivery. There has been lots of back and forth to re-coordinate the delivery. I am hoping today is the day they finally will be delivered. Customer support at Floom has been good, but overall it's disappointing since the flowered didn't make it on the person's birthday and we've had to change the address to follow where they will be.

When ordering I had a question, the assistance offered was fast and gracious. And the flowers were gorgeous.
Beautiful bouquet, my only issue was with delivery, my instructions weren’t followed. Would order again however.
Flowers were supposed to be delivered one day and were delivered a day later
Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
