The flowers were lovely and much appreciated by the recipient but arrived a day late. This was communicated and delivery fees refunded but a shame as they were to celebrate s birthday.
They delivered my flowers 3 days late, and they looked withered
Easy process and nice selection. I just wish the message came on a more bespoke card. I was told it came as a sticker on the business card. Otherwise, the flowers looked beautiful and they appear to last.

A number of bouquet orders ago, I discovered Floom and I have purchsed from no other company since as I was so impressed and completely satisfied. The bouquets are exactly as pictured. The deliveries are exactly as promised. The website is user-friendly and the prices are comparable if not better. Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
