The flowers were lovely and much appreciated by the recipient but arrived a day late. This was communicated and delivery fees refunded but a shame as they were to celebrate s birthday.

They delivered my flowers 3 days late, and they looked withered

Easy process and nice selection. I just wish the message came on a more bespoke card. I was told it came as a sticker on the business card. Otherwise, the flowers looked beautiful and they appear to last.

My order (a birthday gift) was delivered to the wrong address and by the time it was resent to the correct one the birthday had passed. This was disappointing but the customer service was reasonably good.

We sent our daughter and my mother FLOOM Valentine arrangements in Dallas. The both were thrilled and sent pics of the gorgeous flowers. Looking forward to our next purchases from FLOOM.

Great company to order flowers in cities where you don’t know any florists.

Ordered flowers for last Saturday delivery but didn't arrive till two days later, monday, which is today. It needed to arrive for her 100th birthday, but arrived after the birthday celebration with the family and friends. This is not acceptable and am very disappointed.

We didn't receive the delivery. I don't understand what I paid for. I would like to get a refund

I scheduled this last minute the night before and it arrived the next day no problem. There was a status update on the order so I could track when it was on the way/delivered. My friend LOVES her new plant!

I did not receive an email confirmation the day the delivery was made which was disappointing. I had to get online the following day to find out about the delivery of my order.

I ordered a bouquet of peonies but roses were delivered. Was not contacted about the substitution. The title of the product name said “hand-tied peony bouquet.”

Hi. I have ordered from Floom many times before, but this is the first time that my mom commented that some of the flowers she received were squashed. Not the same quality as Eclore Fleur. If only there was an available bouquet from them, I would never have ordered from a different flower shop.

I was pleased with the flowers, but the delivery instructions I left were not followed. The flowers were left outside the gate and might have been overlooked. The homeowner was not contacted to open the gate for delivery as I had requested. As a result, the flowers were not as fresh as they might have been.

This is the second time I’ve used Floom to send birthday flowers and both times have been a great experience! Fast same-day delivery with good quality.

My flowers were out for delivery for over a day and a half. They arrived in a box and did not look fresh. Would not recommend floom.

I ordered the nicest offering for Valentine’s day, wanted to overdo it this year. The quality and size of the bouquet was disappointing and underwhelming. I could have stopped by Costco and gotten a nicer looking bouquet honestly—and for less than a third of the price.

Beautiful bouquet we loved it so much ! Price was definitely ok. Definitely a recommendation from me !
