The flowers were lovely and much appreciated by the recipient but arrived a day late. This was communicated and delivery fees refunded but a shame as they were to celebrate s birthday.
Easy process and nice selection. I just wish the message came on a more bespoke card. I was told it came as a sticker on the business card. Otherwise, the flowers looked beautiful and they appear to last.

My order (a birthday gift) was delivered to the wrong address and by the time it was resent to the correct one the birthday had passed. This was disappointing but the customer service was reasonably good.
We sent our daughter and my mother FLOOM Valentine arrangements in Dallas. The both were thrilled and sent pics of the gorgeous flowers. Looking forward to our next purchases from FLOOM.

Hi. I have ordered from Floom many times before, but this is the first time that my mom commented that some of the flowers she received were squashed. Not the same quality as Eclore Fleur. If only there was an available bouquet from them, I would never have ordered from a different flower shop.
I was pleased with the flowers, but the delivery instructions I left were not followed. The flowers were left outside the gate and might have been overlooked. The homeowner was not contacted to open the gate for delivery as I had requested. As a result, the flowers were not as fresh as they might have been.
This is the second time I’ve used Floom to send birthday flowers and both times have been a great experience! Fast same-day delivery with good quality.
Flower arrangement looked exactly like the picture on website. Customer service was above & beyond as they contacted me to let me know that they couldn’t deliver on my preferred delivery date. I will definitely be using this company again!
