I ordered a package to arrive Friday the 13th between 10am-6pm to the Hotel I was staying at as I am from Australia and due to the company putting the wrong label/card (containing name, date, message) on the package there was a lot of confusion. These 2 gift boxes were meant for a very important meeting but they were delivered with the incorrect details so I wasn't able to get them. I purchased two Lavender Bergamot Hom's from my Blooming Business. These were meant to be gifts for very high up stylists and diredctors from L.A. and London - very disappointing. I flew back to Australia on the 15th of June, Sunday. When I contacted FLOOM twice they never responded with helpful information only the third time I emailed in which was when I was back in Australia. Very unreliable and don't reccommend this service.

This was a simple way to get beautiful flowers to someone quickly! Unfortunately, I don't think that the order status was updated in a timely way, so I got nervous enough about order fulfillment that I called the florist to confirm delivery. I also tried to reach customer service through Floom's website to change the recipient phone number and entered my contact information in the chat but no one ever reached out. Also, this was a same day delivery but you don't have that option in your questionnaire below for the question, "How many days did your delivery take?"

Very easy to navigate the website, and the flowers received were just as beautiful as the picture. Is there any way to reach out to the florist to ask a question?
Ordered flowers for relative in LA (I live in London). Easy in terms of checkout etc. Gave my relatives American number, delivered but left on the wall outside rather than actually knocking the door first. Also I opted for a ‘deal of the day’ (florist choice), it was a gamble but flowers that were chosen turned out to be lovely. However I paid for a superior size bunch and they looked like they were lacking from the picture I saw. Would use again though for convenience & the person receiving the flowers loved them.
