Ordered flowers for a special occasion, paid 50 pounds for a bunch of roses and received a bunch of dead, burnt, end of life flowers. Disgusting flowers, at least the delivery was swift and on point but the flowers. Mate better don’t send antything rather than. Picking them.

Flowers were not parrot tulips as advertised. Could have got a better fresher bunch at a supermarket. Day 2 and already fully opened

The flowers looked nothing like the picture presented on the website. Absolute waste of money would never buy from here again. The picture showed more flowers compared to the amount that came it was only 3 roses for £45. Terrible purchase.

Lovely flowers delivered on time but note was lost or not attached so my mother did not know who they were from.

I'm very, very disappointed. I used Floom a year ago to deliver some flowers which went fine. This time however my mother was very disappointed with the state of the flowers which were delivered. As well as the quality of the actual flowers. I won't be using Floom again, as it has spoilt Mother's Day.

Rubbish service Lied to me twice and then cancelled the order with no further discussion

Ordered flowers for valentines and was assured it would be delivered on the day (even paid £9.99 specific delivery) Now 16th February, flowers haven’t arrived and they’re saying via online chat that they have arrived despite there being no confirmation email. Avoid at all costs

I live in California and wanted to send my friend in London a beautiful bouquet. I do appreciate how much my friend loved the flowers, she said they were absolutely gorgeous. I do suggest a few things, especialyl since I made an international order. - Would appreciate an email or SMS text update of when the flowers actually delivered. - It appears my friend didn't receive the note that was supposed to go with the flowers, because she didn't know that the flowers were from me. It's a bit tacky for me to text her to see if "anything showed up" at her front door. - A picture taken of the flowers and sent to me would be appreciated. Thank you!

We have been waiting for 3 days to hear about a dispute to do with a special bouquet that I ordered. The bouquet that was delivered was a poor copy of what we originally purchased. Cheaper flowers and less greens were given as a mock up to the original… our £50 bouquet ended up looking like a £8 bouquet from Morrisons / petrol station. Very very disappointed.

Although the delivery was earlier than time Booked but the delivery person took a detour to ensure the flower is delivered safely to my friend. Much appreciated!

Never ever use this florist - absolutely hopelessly run business - I ordered a delivery of flowers for a 50 th birthday and 3 days AFTER they were supposed to deliver them they emailed to say there was a delay and did I mind waiting another week to get them, what a hopelessly run business and obviously I did mind the flowers being delivered 10 days later than the actual birthday. Which they must have realised since there was a note with the delivery but it must be run by an idiot.

I was disappointed with my bunch of flowers, they were sprayed flowers in there which made the whole bunch stink of paint. I picked a bunch called 'the orchard' looking for a wild vibe. I don't think I will be ordering again
