The town of Hoddesdon is a small community situated in the English county of Hertfordshire.
Lee Valley Park is an enormous green space close to Hoddesdon that covers over 10,000 acres. With a high number of sports pitches and open spaces, the park sits at the heat of the local community and leisure life. The park includes a golf course, athletics centre, ice centre and multiple bodies of water.
Comprising over 1,000 acres of woodlands, wetlands and grasslands, Panshanger Park was only opened up to the public in 2014 after many years of use as a quarry. Today the area attracts wildlife all year round, with a vast array of wildflowers growing throughout the park. Butterflies are also resplendent in spring and summer, while winter brings with it an influx of migrating ducks who come to escape the freezing temperatures further north.
Throughout the area, from Yewlands to Woollensbrook, Floom’s Hoddesdon flower delivery covers the whole town.
