Beautiful selection of arrangements online and the recipients have always very pleased with the freshness, quality, and presentation of the arrangement. City delivery has been on time and without problems.

I found a wonderful florist in Brooklyn! The flowers were beautiful!

The order arrived 1 day later even if I paid the fee to have a same-day delivery.

Beautiful roses! My daughter loved them! Arrived right on time!

The order came and looked wonderful. Very happy with everything.

Got my order wrong because the UI is terrible. I ordered a higher tiered option on a product but it doesn’t say that on the receipt - very easy for the florist to miss. Then they took too long to resolve the issue and still charged me the service, tax and delivery fee after an extremely disappointing experience. Will not be using Floom again.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
