What a great experience. I ordered flowers the day before they needed to be delivered. The arrangement was beautiful and closely matched the online image. They were delivered promptly and I received notfication of the delivery. I will definitely use Floom again.

Receivers of the bouquet told me the person who delivered was courteous and read the names exactly as I'd written, which put a smile on her face. The bouquet was as beautiful as advertised. Thank you!

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
