Your plant's pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain water easily.
If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould or bacteria
Do not over water your plant as the roots will rot.
Most plants need to be kept by a good source of natural light.
You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purpose fertiliser.
Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also be removed.

Ordering from Floom was so easy. I was able to select a florist whose aesthetic I thought my recipient would love, and was able to place a same day order.
the wrong plant was sent... even after being emailed options, I chose one and they sent another.

Great service - received a message that my daughter’s flowers had been delivered from your company and the flowers were apparently beautiful- thank you
Floom is my new go to for anything gift/floral related. They have the best customer service and I have not run into any issues. Even when they needed to substitute one flower out of the entire arrangement, they did so with respect and compassion (it was a Funeral arrangement). This is a joyful arrangement of a double spiked mini phalaenopsis orchid with dried Italian ruscus for a touch of whimsy. We topped this arrangement with moss and it's planted in a white container with a natural textured finish. Please note that the color you receive may not match what is here based on what is available. If you have a color preference please leave a note under special instructions.
