Ordering from Floom was so easy. I was able to select a florist whose aesthetic I thought my recipient would love, and was able to place a same day order.
the wrong plant was sent... even after being emailed options, I chose one and they sent another.

Great service - received a message that my daughter’s flowers had been delivered from your company and the flowers were apparently beautiful- thank you
Floom is my new go to for anything gift/floral related. They have the best customer service and I have not run into any issues. Even when they needed to substitute one flower out of the entire arrangement, they did so with respect and compassion (it was a Funeral arrangement). Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
