Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Highly recommend Floom for an online flower order. Initially, Floom was referenced on a Top 10 article for International online floral ordering. The website was extremely user friendly. Plus, there were sorting options that I used to ship internationally. Excited to use Floom again.

I have used Floom twice to send flowers and both times I have found their service excellent. They have a very user friendly website that gives a lot of choice of different florists and budgets. Floom keep you updated on the status of your order - letting you know when it has been prepared and delivered. My daughter who lives in the UK and the recipient of the flowers said they were lovely - I will definately use Floom again to send a gift of flowers to the UK.

This was my first time buying from Floom, although my brother had used them frequently. The website kept crashing on my phone and my friends' phones I ordered a bouquet and had questions about its size, so I contacted customer service. While they responded quickly, their response led me to believe the bouquet's size I ordered was accurate, but it turned out to be much smaller. The customer service representatives were not particularly welcoming, which was odd. The most frustrating part was the delivery estimate from 10 AM to 6 PM, and it arrived at 5:59 - like the kid in high school who rushes to deliver their subpar paper 1 minute before assignment deadline. Meanwhile, my girlfriend received five other flower deliveries from different places, all before noon.
