I purchased a floral arrangement to celebrate a friend's joining of the "65 Club". Wanting it to be a surprise, I didn't check to see if their address as changed because their moving date was a month away. Well, I was wrong but the delivery driver took the arrangement to their new address and she was thrilled with it. Thanks!
Sorry but my first experience with Floom was not the greatest. I put a specific day for the flowers to be delivered. However they were delivered a day earlier. This was supposed to be a surprise which was completely ruined. There was no one in the house the day they were delivered. So the bouquet sat outside the house for a whole day. Very poor service.

Clean your vase to preventĀ bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase withĀ water.
Remove any leaves under water to preventĀ bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every fewĀ days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up whenĀ needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripeningĀ fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mouldĀ (Botrytis).
