Used same day service and there were no problems…receiver called to say how beautiful the snapdragon bouquet was. Ty for saving me with this last minute delivery!
I sent flowers to my sister using floom for the first time. She told me that the flowers that arrived looked old and the vase was absolutely dry. I was extremely disappointed. I wrote directly to floom to inform them of this and received no response.
Flowers arrived with wilted plants. Customer service did not address my issue and tried to tell me I was wrong or that the issue wasn't important.

The bouquet was delivered same day and they even called to make sure a substitution was ok. Wonderful!

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
