This was a simple way to get beautiful flowers to someone quickly! Unfortunately, I don't think that the order status was updated in a timely way, so I got nervous enough about order fulfillment that I called the florist to confirm delivery. I also tried to reach customer service through Floom's website to change the recipient phone number and entered my contact information in the chat but no one ever reached out. Also, this was a same day delivery but you don't have that option in your questionnaire below for the question, "How many days did your delivery take?"

Very easy to navigate the website, and the flowers received were just as beautiful as the picture. Is there any way to reach out to the florist to ask a question?
Ordered flowers for relative in LA (I live in London). Easy in terms of checkout etc. Gave my relatives American number, delivered but left on the wall outside rather than actually knocking the door first. Also I opted for a âdeal of the dayâ (florist choice), it was a gamble but flowers that were chosen turned out to be lovely. However I paid for a superior size bunch and they looked like they were lacking from the picture I saw. Would use again though for convenience & the person receiving the flowers loved them.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
