Flowers arrived and looked just like the online photo. Gorgeous arrangement!
I was referred from my friend Albert'n floral. I had to be careful about color and design since it was for VIP customers. And I already recieved very good compliment from customer. She loved it. So I really appreciate for Albert'n floral. Just hard to find the best florist from your website. I don't know why it doesn't show all the florist who can deliver to customer's area. It is the only bad thing from Floom.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
