Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies for the issue with your recent order. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive only one dozen roses instead of the two dozen you ordered, especially when the flowers also arrived in full bloom rather than in the expected condition. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

What a great experience. I ordered flowers the day before they needed to be delivered. The arrangement was beautiful and closely matched the online image. They were delivered promptly and I received notfication of the delivery. I will definitely use Floom again.

White Calla Lilies
Blue Delphinium
Yellow Tulip
Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
