Ordering from Floom was so easy. I was able to select a florist whose aesthetic I thought my recipient would love, and was able to place a same day order.
Philodendron
Delivered to Woodland Hills
the wrong plant was sent... even after being emailed options, I chose one and they sent another.
Thanks for your feedback Jay and Eleni. I can see our CS team are currently in touch with you regarding this issue!

Great service - received a message that my daughter’s flowers had been delivered from your company and the flowers were apparently beautiful- thank you
Flower Therapy Box
Delivered to Newbury Park
Floom is my new go to for anything gift/floral related. They have the best customer service and I have not run into any issues. Even when they needed to substitute one flower out of the entire arrangement, they did so… with respect and compassion (it was a Funeral arrangement). I recommend Floom to all my friends and colleagues now. Thank you again!
