Ordering from Floom was so easy. I was able to select a florist whose aesthetic I thought my recipient would love, and was able to place a same day order.
the wrong plant was sent... even after being emailed options, I chose one and they sent another.

Great service - received a message that my daughter’s flowers had been delivered from your company and the flowers were apparently beautiful- thank you
Floom is my new go to for anything gift/floral related. They have the best customer service and I have not run into any issues. Even when they needed to substitute one flower out of the entire arrangement, they did so with respect and compassion (it was a Funeral arrangement). I recommend Floom to all my friends and colleagues now. Thank you again!

Your plant's pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain water easily.
If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould or bacteria
Do not over water your plant as the roots will rot.
Most plants need to be kept by a good source of natural light.
You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purpose fertiliser.
Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also be removed.

A selection of succulents with phalaenopsis orchids in an edged, textured bowl. An artfully curated arrangement perfect for expressing sympathy to a loved one or simply just because. Each plant is placed with care and purpose. The arrangement is topped with garden rocks to keep the soil healthy and add a decorative touch. Ease: Very easy as succulents are hardy and don't require much care. Care: Water once a week at most and be sure to let the soil dry out between waterings. Sunlight: Indirect bright to medium light is best. Never direct light. *Superior arrangement is larger
