The flowers have not been delivered on the date of occasion, it was delivered in the middle of the next night, dropped off on the ground floor. So my sister hasn't received her present as she already has left. The email "your order has been delivered" was sent 00:30am, and the order status on the website was also "delivery in the process". I have asked for the refund but the customer support didnt approve it, saying that the flowers have been delivered. Very disappointed experience as I have paid for the present that my sister hasn't received.

I made an order weeks in advance and the day before my expected delivery I was told they couldnāt deliver my order. Very disappointing and unprofessional

Unfortunately, the stem stocks for your order arrived in poor condition and we had no suitable replacements available before your delivery date. Our priority is to ensure that every arrangement meets our quality standards, and in this case we could not in good conscience deliver flowers that did not meet those standards. I ordered flowers online from the Netherlands on Saturday, and they were neatly delivered in Atlanta, USA on Tuesday. Ordering and payment were super easy. I can honestly say Iām very satisfied and would definitely order flowers from here again.

I ordered two bouguets to be delivered on Wednesday the 22nd in the Richmond VA area. One was delivered on time but I didn't recive notification ti ll the next day. The other , I received a delivery notification but it was never delivered

Your plant's pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain waterĀ easily.
If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould orĀ bacteria
Do not over water your plant as the roots willĀ rot.
Most plants need to be kept by a good source of naturalĀ light.
You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purposeĀ fertiliser.
Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also beĀ removed.
