Reformation

Christy Dawn and her team of Los Angeles based seamstresses craft ethically produced dresses from deadstock: the residual fabrics left over from major fashion houses. Instead of ending up in landfill, Dawn repurposes these fabrics for her collections – the resulting dresses are beautifully unique, while providing much-needed environmental solution that combats the ever-increasing waste created by the fashion industry. If you’re looking to expand your wardrobe while picking up a few homeware pieces, head to eco-conscious lifestyle brand Whimsy & Row’s store on Venice Boulevard. Bird Brooklyn
As the name suggests, Bird Brooklyn found their feet over on the East Coast in New York in 1999, before later opening a store in Culver City, Los Angeles.
