Our Edgemere flower delivery serves the Queens neighborhood founded in 1892 by Frederick J. Lancaster, whose original vision for the areas was as a community called ‘New Venice’ – complete with canals and gondoliers! Though presumably not the strange smell and giant pollutant ferries shuttling through ten times a day… While New Venice might have been doomed from the start Lancaster did at least manage to create Edgemere, a more conventional seaside colony with a popular, highly luxurious hotel that opened in 1895.
Floom florists in Edgemere may not be able to carry out their same day flower delivery in Edgemere by gondola but that doesn’t mean their unique, creative bouquets don’t offer a thrill! The burst of vibrant nature is exciting however it arrives.
