The delivery was delayed by a couple of days due to a system fault but the floors, the bouquet and communication with Amanda Austin Flowers were fantastic.

Had to phone them to check a couple of things and the person I spoke with bent over backwards to make sure everything was as I wanted it - very impressive!

Fabulous flowers with great service. Orchidya contacted me to say that they did not have enough dahlias to create the advertised bouquet I ordered (hence -1 star) but they consulted me on the flowers they would use instead which was great and their response times are excellent!
