i like flowers. but courier left them outside, under the sun. when i registered my email, i have been provided with code to get free delivery on 75$ order. my order was 79$ and code wasn’t working.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. I order light pink flowers and they sent fuschia and purple. I also ordered Lillie’s that were beautiful and wide open in the pictures but they arrived completely closed and almost looking dead. I was very disappointed.

Floom has an excellent selection. I love that it’s local shops. My order did arrive a little later than the window given, but they were very proactive in providing information. The flowers were really lovely

I was very disappointed in the quality of flowers for the one delivered to Pacific Palisades. The flowers were cheesy looking

I am living in Spain and sent flowers to a friend for her birthday - I had never bought in floom before and I was hesitant, will they arrive fine? will they arrive on time!? - My friend wrote me thanking me for the beautiful flowers! they were perfect and arrived on time!

Ordered flowers for birthday and they were delivered a day late. No accountability.

Placed an order for same day delivery, order did not arrive until the next day. Whoever reached out was not helpful and has yet to connect me to the manager. I was offered a $5 discount for the trouble which is not sufficient.

My order, to a guest of a hotel, was left outside the hotel room and then disappeared. Not entirely Floom's fault, although clear instructions were given to deliver to reception. However customer support handling was poor - difficult to communicate with and i have still not heard back. Had to investigate and resolve the issue myself

Quick and easy process! Was really impressed by the quality of the flowers as well as the delivery service. Will definitely be using Floom again in the future!

Saved the day! The only problem I had was that I was promised a 10am-6pm window of delivery and wndwd up receiveing the flowers at 6:30pm when I wasn’t able to wait at home for them, but thankfully they left it in a safe place were I was able to get it upon my arrival! Thank you!

I asked and paid for same day delivery and yet it arrived 2 days late and I did not get refunded for the 25 dollar same day delivery fee.

The flowers were relatively affordable and beautiful! The recipient loved them. I picked an understated bouquet of pink roses and white hydrangeas with greenery. The only thing that could have been better was that I did not receive delivery tracking, however I was emailed when the flowers were delivered. Would order from Floom again.

Gorgeous flowers!! They arrived full of color and life with a lovely fresh scent. Even better the roses and other buds continued to blossom for a couple of days!

Great selection and I love the website interface. But I got an email saying the flowers I ordered had been delivered 45 minutes BEFORE they were actually placed on the porch. My recipient said "Nope, no flowers here," leading us both to believe they had been stolen. I wish the florist had waited until AFTER delivery to send that email, it would have saved us all a lot of grief.

Ordered birthday flowers for my friend who lives in another city. They arrived on time and looked beautiful!

While it was easy to order flowers in the time frame I was looking for, I was really disappointed in the way the flowers looked. I like that there were local options, was disappointed in what was delivered. The sunflowers look sad and closed up.

There was a problem with the delivery but the customer service people took care of it perfectly. I would definitely use them again.

Delivery was not completed by the time they said it would be, communication from florist was limited (did not send an email when order was en route as had been noted on the Floom site, only when delivered.) Reached out to Floom for assistance as wasn't sure if order had even gone through and they were not able to provide any intel.
