The bouquet looked nothing like the one I ordered. Do you see any roses in the original arrangement I paid for? Me neither. Highly disappointed

Got different flowers than I ordered (which is fine if asked beforehand, but I was not). When I expressed disappointment the Floom rep suggested that they retrieve the gift from the recipient’s house and refund me, if I wasn’t happy. A strange and impractical solution, not a thoughtful or empathetic response

Great flowers, good prices, delivered as promised.

NOT worth it — paid $75 + $20 shipping for a handful of cheap flowers. Looks nothing like what they advertise online and extremely overpriced

Bouquet did not look like pictures. Was very underwhelming.

Super easy process! Finding an affordable bouquet that I enjoyed was easier than I thought! And they delivered next day with no mishaps whatsoever. Will be using Floom again anytime I need quick, affordable and beautiful flowers.

While the selection of bouquets and flowers were impressive, I was unhappy with the quality of the delivery. The flowers were delivered past the promised window (before 6pm) and some of the flowers showed up wilted. Although the florists are fair in saying that the petals are naturally soft, I am unimpressed with the customer service given the extensive competitors in this industry. I will look elsewhere for future flower deliveries.
