Found this service for a last minute delivery of flowers for a friend’s birthday - ordered to delivered in about 24 hours. She loved them! And it was affordable.

Ordered Flowers for Valentine's Day and they never left the florist. Credit to Floom for giving the ability to see where they were and the customer service members I interacted with were friendly enough but told me I had no options. I was told they would be delivered by 10 am the following day or I would get a refund. Not good enough. They refused to let me cancel the order (I don't want flowers delivered to my significant other's work the day after Valentine's Day for obvious reasons) and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Don't take orders for Valentine's Day if you can't handle them and don't tell your customers that the best they can get is the next day which will make them look bad.

Delivered outside of projected delivery hours. Plus, if you have a selection of flowers that is advertised to arrive on valentine’s day, they need to come on valentine’s day—if not, it’s hardly better than expired. A disclaimer that basically says “you can’t count on our business” with no compensation feels insulting, unhelpful, and dishonest. The only money i spent here was due to your SEO, and i’ll never spend any more.

My flowers were not delivered and no update was provided by floom. Then when i followed up later, I was told sorry the vendor is not responding and I will be getting the refun back. The only reason i am not rating very poor is becasue i will be getting the refund but still my partner ended with no flowers so i cannot trust you guys again on special occasions.

Payed 71 bucks to have them deliver a day after valentines day with a card completely miswriten without my name on it. 3/10 Y'all should really do better, would not come back again. Sincerly, Robin
