The flowers were beautiful but the Colours were not what I ordered.

The flowers weren’t delivered on the day they were supposed to be.

I have been trying to get in touch with your team for 3 day. my order for a friend’s birthday has still not been deliverdd and now it is passed his birthday. This is a very very terrible experience and i am expecting a full refund + a delivery to my friend of the flowers I ordered. I tried to call, chat, send emails and no replies do far. It’s unacceptable.

It was my mothers anniversary and I needed to get her flowers quickly, and these flowers from floom were beautiful and I ordered at 10:30 in the morning and they were delivered by 2 PM. I am so impressed by how quickly they delivered these flowers and my mother loved them.

I am writing from the UK and we ordered from Floom for a very important client. We had notification the delivery had arrived but our client did not receive them. After many ignored messages for a week,I have finally received an email issuing a refund. Poor customer service. Such a shame because the photos looked lovely.

My family was thrilled with the flowers - the quality and delivery were wonderful. Would use them again for delivery in NYC.
