Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

I regularly use Floom for sending my MIL flowers for special occasions like Mother’s Day and her birthday. She is always pleased with the arrangements, but this time it was I who was disappointed. The flowers came fresh and the type of flowers included in the bouquet were accurate to the description. However, they were simply plunked together and not arranged at all… no artistry, no design, and the result was disappointing: pink roses on one side a huge white hydrangea on the other, purple flowers off by themselves… it just was underwhelming and didn’t look like the picture. I spent far more money on this than I usually do, hoping it would really make an impact and show her how much she matters, but honestly, I was upset that having spent more, she got a leas thoughtful gift.
Floom has the most beautiful arrangements! My daughter was absolutely thrilled to receive the flowers. The website is trustworthy and the delivery service is very reliable. This is my second time to use them. I know I will continue to use Floom.
The person I sent the flowers to, said they were spectacular.. I wish I could have seen them.
