Your plant's pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain water easily.
If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould or bacteria
Do not over water your plant as the roots will rot.
Most plants need to be kept by a good source of natural light.
You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purpose fertiliser.
Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also be removed.

The bouquet we received was nice. Unfortunately, having purchased the flowers a week in advance I wanted to change the delivery day. I emailed your company 3 times throughout the week and called every day. Nobody to answer my multiple calls and no responses which led to some serious inconveniences. You really need to improve your customer service post purchase.
Cancelled the night before delivering for my mothers birthday - won't be using you again.

I have ordered a beautiful bouquet of Lilies for my girlfriend last week. I made the order around 11 am and had the flowers with me already around 4 pm! It has been making our days since then, flowers smells beautifully and still look so fresh on their 5th day! Thank you Floom, we love you!
