Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
Flowers were ordered 3 days in advance and they were delivered a day later than I had booked them to be delivered for and that too late in the day on the delayed day. Pretty appalling.
Great selection of flowers, I've ordered from them twice and both times have been superb.
bouquet was excellent, but missed the card. It was a pitty
