The ordering and delivery was great. It would be good to see what was sent to the recipient (like a picture of the flowers). My delivery was to an older couple so they are not familiar with taking photos with their phone so I was kept in dark about what was actually delivered.

I was anxious ordering from the U.S. but the site was very user-friendly, and the order was perfect.
