All About Flowers
In her own words, Tracey Warne of All About Flowers are, “a team of creatively inspired florists lucky enough to live in the tranquil village of Alderly Edge. Inspired by seasonal blooms and gardens full to the brim of luscious foliage. We take our inspiration from florists all over the world and have a truly versatile style for each customer”. Tracey’s floristry instinct kicked in from a young age and before long was turned from a passion into a very successful business. “I was always mesmerised by flowers and horticulture so it was the most obvious career choice for me. I started training as a florist once I was 18 years old and I haven't stopped or looked back since!”. Tracey says she can’t imagine herself doing anything other than working in floristry, “there is so much that can be done with different flowers and styles, it’s a never ending adventure! There is such an intense emotion that can be portrayed through a simple bouquet and I love that we are the ones that get to put that emotion into a gift for the recipient!”. Finally, if Tracey herself was a flower? “I think we would have to be a thistle, or an Eryngium as they are better known! Although they have such an off putting name and are seen as a 'humble prickly weed' - they are one of my favourite flowers to use in any bouquet as they create so much texture and vibrancy which I don't think you get with any other plant or flower.”
