I sent flowers from abroad to my mum for Mother’s Day and a lovely lady hand delivered this from the company and it made my mum‘s day, from the lovely interaction to a hard written note it was more than I expected. It’s so nice to have flowers delivered in such a personable way, especially in today’s world so I will 100% come back again and use Floom as my go-to 🥰
