Mad Lilies - Banstead

Such a surprise! I sent flowers from abroad to my mum for Mother’s Day and a lovely lady hand delivered this from the company and it made my mum‘s day, from the lovely interaction to a hard written note it was more than I expected. It’s so nice to have flowers delivered in such a personable way, especially in today’s world so I will 100% come back again and use Floom as my go-to 🥰

Driver called me to check what to do when nobody was home and then helpfully returned later so the flowers were not spolied

After many stressful tribulations my daughter and her family successfully moved house on Friday evening, but it was touch and go. I went on line on Saturday to order a welcome bouquet for delivery that day and found Floom. I am so glad I did and the reaction to the wonderful flowers was fantastic. Thank you so much.

My delivery was late but the Floom customer service was incredible, they needed a response from me whether or not to resend the bouquet but I was asleep as I’m purchasing from a different time zone and they took the initiative to send it out anyways. The bouquet itself was stunning

Ordering process was very easy. Flowers were shipped fast (next day), and the recipient commented that they were beautiful. Overall a great experience!

Totally disappointed and will never use it again. It cancelled my order in the last minute and you know how disasters would be! Don’t risk it !!
