Situated amid some of the nation’s most dramatic landscapes, the town of Penrith is a small community in the northwestern English county of Cumbria. Penrith sits on the eastern fringes of the Lake District National Park.
The nearby Lake District National Park is a mountainous region that’s famous across the UK for its stunning natural beauty. With soaring peaks, rolling verdant hills and crystalline lakes, it is surely one of the most dramatic landscapes in the country. Penrith sits on the park’s eastern edge, making it a popular base for those who come in their thousands to explore the region.
Penrith Castle sits in the centre of town and is one of the areas key historical landmarks. This now-ruined structure dates back to 1399 and was initially built as a defence against Scottish raids. Today the castle is maintained by English Heritage and enjoys grade I listed status. Guided tours of both castle and grounds are offered and locals enjoy coming here for the tranquil grounds as much as for the castle itself.
Throughout the area, from Pategill to Newton Rigg, Floom’s Penrith florists cover ever neighbourhood of the town.

Grass-of-Parnassus (Parnassia Palustris) is a five-petaled flower with short underground stems. The official flower of the county of Cumbria, it was an easy decision to make this our floral emblem of Penrith.
With five stamens around its centre and a strong scent of honey, the Grass-of-Parnassus is an alluring white flower with short underground roots that flowers from early to late summer across the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.
Floom’s Penrith florists are inspired by the beauty of the Grass-of-Parnassus to handcraft their original bouquets for flower delivery in Penrith.

Exquisite. Even more beautiful in person, and apparently they smelt really lovely, like real flowers used to, but mostly don't with deliveries. Super impressed and will definitely order again!
I'm told the flowers were fine and everything about the order worked.
Flowers looked lovely although the colour was different to the advertised pink. I would call that apricot. Disappointed with the greenery looks heavy against the roses, perhaps because of the way it was arranged, a finer greenery would have been nicer or even some gypsophila, but I understand you can only arrange what is available at any given time. As the order was requested from New Zealand, service and delivery was excellent. Thank you
They were exactly as in the picture, big, beautiful and in pristine condition. They arrived on time on the required day. Fantastic all round.
They were delivered promptly by hand and were so appreciated.
I did not see the flowers but the delivery was done in Time.
